Pasamos unos días formidables. Muy cerca de la playa de Fenals. El personal de recepción atentos, amables y profesionales, dar las gracias a Luciano por su inestimable colaboración para hacernos llegar a nuestro domicilio un objeto olvidado en el hotel. Habitaciones y limpieza buenas. Comedor bien organizado para evitar colas, encargados y personal auxiliar atentos a cualquier necesidad. Buffet variado, con plancha de carnes, pescados y verduras y con variedad de aperitivos elaborados y buena presentación. Recinto de piscinas adultos e infantil con juegos ideal para un baño y tomar algo. Buena diversión nocturna y suele tener música en directo.

We’re a young couple, but honestly, the atmosphere here was super uncomfortable. There was so much noise, especially from groups of teenagers, and nobody from the hotel staff bothered to ask them to respect guests who actually want to relax and enjoy some calm. The walls are not soundproof at all-you can hear everything from the next room, which is not great if you care about privacy. We were given two separate beds instead of a double, and when we asked to change, they just told us there was no availability. On top of that, there’s loud construction going on right in front of the hotel during the day. It’s almost funny how impossible it is to get any sleep here, day or night. Forget about napping, too. The room also had a terrible smell we just had to put up with the whole time. My advice: if you want a peaceful hotel, look for a quieter city or a different hotel altogether. If you have no choice, only book for one night and start looking for somewhere better as soon as you arrive.

Ya habíamos estado en este Hotel aunque ahora lo han renovado un poco, quizás por las instalaciones y los servicios las cuatro estrellas un poco justas pero ya sabemos cómo son los hoteles de Lloret de mar, muy indicados para turistas internacionales. El personal lo mejor muy agradable y atento las instalaciones justas las habitaciones pequeñas y los WC de las habitaciones minúsculos. La comida en general bien

Mooi gerenoveerd hotel maar erg gehorig, we kregen echt geen goeie nachtrust door al het lawaai op de gangen en aan het zwembad tot laat in de nacht. Zeer jammer, want mooi hotel en lekker eten. We kregen een andere kamer voor het lawaai: zwembadkant ipv straatkant, maar er bleef heel veel lawaai tijdens de nacht.

Ne pas fréquenter cet hôtel pour s'y détendre et se reposer, l'hôtel est très très bruyant, l'insonorisation des chambres est inexistante, tout s'entends d'une chambre a l'autre,jusqu'à entendre le réveil sonner chez les voisins, les gens qui courent dans les couloirs, les portes qui claquent etc etc...bruit a l'extérieur au RDC aussi jusqu'à pas d'heure , obligé de descendre à la réception a 1h du mat pour qu'ils interviennent afin de couper musique,chants etc etc...au niveau buffet, c'est pas non plus exceptionnel, même si ça peut aller, par contre cela ressemble a une grande cantine, beaucoup beaucoup de bruit... Le personnel laisse aussi a désirer , pas souriant, pas agréable, même des parfois un peu sec...! Hôtel plutôt destiné à des jeunes qui veulent faire la fête, pas du tout familial et reposant... Heureusement plutôt bien situé par rapport a la plage et au centre ville pas très loin...le coin piscine très agréable avec accès aux transats etc etc... Nous sommes même parti un jour avant pour ne plus avoir à subir tous ces désagréments, pas un mot, pas une excuse venant de la réception, totalement indifférente....

Au premier abord, nous étions agréablement, surpris par l’hôtel. Mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, La chambre était sale, il y avait des traces de chaussures dans la salle de bain, des cheveux dans le lit, De la poussière par terre….. Et quand nous sommes arrivés la nuit, nous avions juste une envie C’est partir. Chambre isolée, super bruyant. Nous avons passé deux nuits la première nuit, La première nuit, il y avait du bruit jusqu’à tard le soir au niveau de la piscine Qui vient évidemment, résonne dans les chambres. Et la deuxième nuit, nous avons pas dormi tout court. Si vous y allez en famille, c’est pas pour vous Vous ne pouvez pas vous reposer. Pour toi, nous étions en quatrième étage, donc j’imagine les gens du premier.
